Deep Reflections Detailing and More LLC, doing business as Deep Reflections, respects the privacy of customers, dealership contacts, and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect through deepreflectionsdetailing.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
We may collect information you choose to provide when you request a vehicle assessment, ask about dealership services, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us. Depending on the form or conversation, this may include:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
- Vehicle details such as year, make, model, type, condition, service interests, goals, and desired timing.
- Dealership or business information, role or title, approximate vehicle volume, service needs, workflow concerns, and timing.
- Messages, questions, consent selections, and other details you include in your request.
Please do not submit payment-card information, Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form.
Information processed automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and bot- or spam-prevention signals. The site is configured with Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-006HKT909V) to understand site usage. Google's default implementation may collect session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, traffic source, and website interactions, and may use a first-party _ga cookie when analytics storage is enabled. Deep Reflections does not currently use advertising pixels, call tracking, or session replay. If these practices or required notice or consent controls change, this policy will be updated.
How we use information
- Review and respond to service and dealership inquiries.
- Understand a vehicle's condition, service needs, goals, and timing.
- Recommend an appropriate next step and communicate about the request.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and protect the website and forms.
- Maintain business records and comply with applicable obligations.
Submitting a service request does not confirm an appointment, price, capacity, or dealership account. Marketing messages require separate consent where applicable.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Webflow hosts the site, stores native form submissions, and can send form-notification emails. Google provides site-usage analytics through Google Analytics 4. The site also loads Finsweet's scroll-control script through jsDelivr for navigation behavior. Email providers process information included in form notifications and follow-up messages. Internal access to submissions is currently limited to Wes Weaver and Jordan Knicely / Mole Hill Marketing.
We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf, when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Deep Reflections does not sell personal information and does not use or share inquiry information for unrelated third-party advertising. Submission data does not currently route to Juggernaut, Make, Zapier, a CRM, or another automation. If Juggernaut or another service is connected later, this policy, the form consent language, and the routing documentation will be reviewed before it goes live.
Retention
Deep Reflections does not use a fixed deletion schedule and does not intentionally keep submissions indefinitely. We retain inquiry and customer information while it remains reasonably useful for service follow-up, customer care, business records, accounting, warranty, dispute, security, or legal needs, and may delete it when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must or reasonably need to retain. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry. Service-response consent may include contact by phone, text, or email about the specific inquiry and is separate from optional marketing consent.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the website and the information collected. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through general website forms.
Children's privacy
The website and services are not directed to children under 13, and Deep Reflections does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
External links and policy updates
The website may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change; the effective date will show when the current version took effect.
