1. Use of This Website

This website is provided by Deep Reflections Detailing for informational purposes and to facilitate vehicle assessments and service inquiries. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

All content on this website—including text, photography, service descriptions, logos, and design—is the property of Deep Reflections Detailing or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

2. Vehicle Assessments & Estimates

The vehicle assessment form allows you to provide information about your vehicle so that Wes Weaver can review your situation and recommend an appropriate path. Submitting an assessment:

• Does not confirm an appointment. It is a request for review and recommendation only.
• Does not constitute a binding estimate or quote. Final pricing and scope depend on an in-person evaluation of your vehicle’s actual condition, which may differ from the information you submit.
• Does not obligate you to purchase services, nor does it obligate Deep Reflections to perform services until a separate agreement is reached.

Where the condition of a vehicle determines pricing, we provide vehicle-specific recommendations rather than generic package pricing.

3. Services

Deep Reflections Detailing provides automotive restoration, protection, and detailing services including paint correction, finish restoration, Icon Rocklear, System X ceramic coatings, professional detailing, and rust prevention. The specific work performed on any vehicle is determined by the condition of that vehicle and the agreement reached between you and Deep Reflections.

Manufacturer warranty information for products such as Icon Rocklear and System X should be reviewed with Wes Weaver before installation. We do not make performance or warranty claims beyond those provided by the product manufacturer. Current manufacturer warranty terms will be discussed with you prior to installation.

4. Dealership Services

For dealership inquiries submitted through our dealership intake form, submission of the form does not create a contractual relationship, authorize any work, or establish dealership-specific pricing. Any dealership services, pricing, and workflow are established separately through direct discussion and written agreement.

DealerFlow™ features described on this website represent the intended functionality of the platform. The exact statuses, permissions, and configurations are determined during setup and may vary. We do not claim official third-party integrations (such as CARFAX, DMS, or CRM integrations) unless that integration has been verified and approved.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle’s condition. Pre-existing damage, prior repairs, repaints, thin clear coat, or undisclosed conditions may affect the results of restoration or protection services. Deep Reflections is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed or pre-existing conditions that could not be identified prior to service.

Paint correction involves the removal of a microscopic layer of clear coat. While we measure paint depth and work carefully, vehicles with severely compromised or previously-repainted finishes carry inherent risk that will be discussed during your assessment.

6. Payment & Billing

Payment terms for services are agreed upon before work begins. For dealership partners, billing arrangements (including purchase orders, RO numbers, stock numbers, and invoice methods) are configured per the dealership relationship and are not publicly displayed on this website.
